Beshay Steel operates a fines pelletizing plant, where fine metallic dust is converted into spherical pellets through a controlled agglomeration process using water. This enables the reuse of by-products generated during production, improves resource efficiency, and reduces environmental impact. The group also manages an integrated system for collecting dust generated from Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF), which mainly consists of metal oxides, captured during operation using high-efficiency air filtration systems. The collected dust is safely handled by being packed into sealed bags using automated filling and stacking systems, ensuring safe containment and compliance with environmental standards. The recovered dust can be reused internally or marketed as a secondary material with economic value, as it contains approximately 60% zinc, giving it strong commercial value for downstream processing industries.
