The Profiles & Angles Plant has a total production capacity of 500,000 tons per year, manufacturing a wide range of high-quality structural steel products, including squares, hexagonals, angles, flat bars, channels, and beams. The plant is also capable of producing rebar and round bars, offering flexibility to meet diverse market requirements while maintaining consistent mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy. The facility is integrated with the Melt Shop through hot charging of steel billets, enabling improved thermal efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and lower environmental impact, while supporting uniform metallurgical quality across all products.
