Pellets are produced from Palletizer plant with a mix of dust and water to make ball shaped product. The pellets are packed using a high end packaging and palletizing system. These are produces to cut down all environmental impact and reuse all materials that come out of our process.
Our dust collector system collects all Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) dust. EAF dust consists mostly constructed from metal oxides. EAF dust is collected during the cleaning of air during EAF furnace activity as huge amounts of dust is released and needs to be handled. All EAF dust is packed in plastic bags using our automatic packing and palletizing system.
